Kit 4 Kids Entry Form

Derby County are delighted to be teaming up with Club Partner Eden Tyres & Servicing again this season to give local junior football teams (Under 7’s to Under 12’s) in Derbyshire the opportunity to be nominated to win a brand-new football kit.

For the 2025/26 Season, Eden Tyres & Servicing will be giving away two brand-new kits, one to a junior boys’ team and one to a junior girls’ team.

The winning teams will be invited to Pride Park Stadium for a tour along with the official unveiling of their brand-new kit, which will be sponsored and provided by Eden Tyres & Servicing.
